The board, the audit committee and the disciplinary committee of the association were elected for a term of three years at the first general assembly held on 10 October 2026. The association is represented by the president of the board. Transactions placing the association under debt or obligation require the joint signature of the president and the treasurer, or of a board member authorised by the president.
Board
At its first meeting following the election, the board allocated offices among its members in accordance with Article 11(7) of the Statutes. Where a seat on the board falls vacant, the first substitute member in order automatically takes it up for the remainder of the term under Article 11(5).
